Responsibilities When Joining the Association

Excerpt from Article 10 of the Charter of the Ho Chi Minh City Semiconductor Industry Association, issued under Decision No. 1116/QD-UBND dated March 21, 2025 by the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee.

Member Obligations

Members are responsible for complying with regulations, participating in Association activities, protecting the reputation of the Association, fulfilling information and reporting requirements, and paying membership fees fully and on time.

Compliance with Regulations

Strictly comply with the guidelines and policies of the Party, the policies and laws of the State, as well as the Charter and regulations of the Association.

Participation and Association Development

Participate in the activities and meetings of the Association; maintain solidarity and cooperate with other members to build a strong and sustainable Association.

Protection of the Association’s Reputation

Protect the reputation of the Association and do not act in the name of the Association in transactions or relations, unless assigned in writing by the President of the Association.

Information and Reporting

Fulfill information and reporting requirements in accordance with the regulations of the Association.

Membership Fee Payment

Pay membership fees fully and on time in accordance with the regulations of the Association.
